Text Box: Hello Members; The word of the month is “Rain!” Is this what everyone has been wishing for? The rainfall is having a major impact on our industry. The job schedules are delayed, our crews are sitting home wishing for sunshine, and the owners and bankers don’t understand why the work is not finished! I say “LET IT RAIN” and the more the better. I think we can all agree that the long term benefits outweigh the short term dilemmas. More water equals more building permits. Your Board of directors has been listening to our membership. They received complaints about our website being old, boring and out of date. We also have heard comments about the lack of a chapter logo, updating the newsletter, and a general comment about our chapter needing a tune-up. Changes are in motion. Your Board is very focused and determined to convert our member’s thoughts into reality. Please remember this is a Non-Profit and 100% volunteer organization. We are always in need of volunteers.
